• 4Complete your consultation. Visit the confirmed clinic/slot and complete your eye care consultation.

If Further Care Is Recommended

• 5Doctor recommends next steps. If tests, scans, or treatments are needed, the details will be shared for review.
• 6Healthi reviews the request. Healthi checks what can be covered through your applicable benefit, wallet, or reward balance.
• 7You receive confirmation. Healthi will confirm the approved next steps and let you know if any additional payment is required.
• 8Complete the approved service. Once confirmed, you can proceed with the approved test, scan, or treatment as guided.

If no further tests, scans, or treatments are recommended, your consultation journey ends after the appointment is completed.
