While we hate to see you cancel your order, we understand it may be unavoidable. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order or before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse whichever is earlier. Please write to us to cancel your order mentioning your Order ID.

Once an order is placed, we won’t be able to change your address.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email from us notifying you about its status. We will send your voucher code within three business days.

Please write to us for us to initiate a return along with screenshot of the email received. You will be notified once the return is initiated. We will initiate another order from our side for you.
