Horrible healthi customer support

I called healthi multiple times but always line is appearing busy and told by ivr that someone will call back but no one did.Very disappointing that once i pay the amount you guys just dissappear completely

Had real bad experience

I didn't receive any voucher or link. After contacting customer care for 10-11 times finally they sent a link to fill a form instead of a voucher. Not sure after how many days I will get my membership activated. Just that had some points available to redeem, I order via health. This was my mistake. Will try to escalate it to my HR and hope they discontinues tie up with healthi.

Hi, Once you place an order automated email is sent on your email id that is shared at the time of checkout. We are not working on vouchers anymore. Hope the issue is resolved now. Please write to kumar@healthi.in if not resolved.

Cult membership

Hi Team,
As we already reached out multiple times and informed about issue , still its not resolved and not reflecting subscription details in cult app. So we are not happy about the service as it is taking more than 2 weeks to resolve the issue.

Super high price.. 2024 the same elite membership was around 10k and now its 20k.
