Customer enters the code in the HealthifyMe App → Redeem/Apply Code section.
If the plan includes physical products, the app will prompt for a delivery address.
Customer must provide accurate address details.
Products delivered within 7–12 working days, subject to serviceable pin codes and logistics availability.
