The Nutritional Metabolism Test gives you an insight into the current status of your metabolism, and what all needs to be done in order to improve it. If you undergo any major change in your nutrition and lifestyle, or if you are undergoing an intensive weight-loss program, it is best to take the test at regular intervals and keep a close watch on your essential metabolic markers in order to ensure that they remain in "normal limits".

You will receive two separate kits:

DBS (Dry Blood Spot) Kit for blood sample

DUS (Dry Urine Spot) Kit for urine sample

Collect samples by carefully following the instructions printed on the back of each kit

Allow both samples to air-dry at room temperature for 5–10 hours

Do not dry samples in direct sunlight

Do not use hair dryers, heaters, or any artificial drying method
